Mrs. Lamb & Mr. Dow are offering several music enrichment groups. Before signing your child(ren) up for these clubs, please read the applications carefully and take special note of the time commitments.
JAGUAR CHORUS
Mondays 12:50-2:00 – Grades 3 – 5 – presented by Ms. Lamb: No audition required, signup here.
JAMMIN JAGUARS
Wednesdays 1:50-3:00 – Grades 4-5 – presented by Ms. Lamb: No audition required, signup here.
JAGUAR STRINGS
Grades 3-5: Mr. Dow and The John B. Gorrie Foundation are excited to start an ensemble that will showcase strings students who are ready for more challenging and exciting music! Please contact Mr. Dow for more information.
GORRIE ROCK BAND
Thursdays 1:50-3:00- presented by Ms. Lamb - Gorrie will now have its very own rock band! Please contact Ms. Lamb for more information.
Chess Club
The Gorrie Chess Club meets after school every Monday from 12:50-2:00.
Coach Steve has been teaching chess at Gorrie for 15 years and is excited to start again this fall! The Gorrie Chess Club teaches all ages and experience levels. In 2023 at Gorrie we taught over 100 children how to play chess!
